Fire-Works. ยง 12. Whoever has in his possession a toy pistol for the explosion of percussion caps, or blank cartridges, with intent to sell it, or sells or offers to sell or give it away, shall be fined not less than five nor more than one hundred dollars, and shall be liable for all damages resulting from such selling, or giving away, to be recovered in an action on the case.
